POV Display

We designed and fabricated a giant Persistence of Vision (POV) display for Electric Pedals and MGA. The display is 1.2 metres in diameter and spins at over 500 revolutions per minute to create large images and moving content. The entire display is powered by a bicycle. The display communicates how much electricity is generated by the bicycle in Joules.
