Lab Machines

"Lab Machines" are a series of theatrical props created for the team at MGA for use on their countrywide tour of secondary schools promoting STEM learning.

We were tasked to create a series of interactive props that could be used by the team and audience in their school performances. We developed the concept for three devices:

Electrocution Machine— A psuedo, arcade style shock machine game.

Generator— A Mechanical prop generator that simulates the generation of electricity using electro-magnetism

Circuit— An oversized, fully working Light, Switch and Battery Circuit.

Three individual sets of Lab Machines were toured intensively through 2024, used in over 400 school performances.
